The people of Dambatta town in Dambatta Local Government of Kano State went agog with completion of Tarred Road network from Barde Primary school to Kofar Kudu junction in Dambatta East ward by the Deputy Senate President, Distinguished Senator Barau Jibrin.
The road which was dilapidated before and became difficult to access is now fully rehabilitated and with full tarred coat which make it easily accessible for road users and further beautify the town .
While Speaking residents of the area expressed delight with the intervention of the Senator,stating that “The road network has bring life to the people and road users in the area, stressing that they’re grateful to Allah for having Senator Barau Jibrin as their representative at the Senate considering his unwavering efforts of bringing succour to the lives of his constituents at different points in time .
They further highlighted that “it is too difficult to count the numerous interventions of Senator Barau Jibrin in both Dambatta, Kano North and the State in general.
The residents likewise saluted the representative of Senator Barau in person of Dan Bayero for his steadfastness before during and after the said road rehabilitation.
They assured the Senator that their votes are exclusively reserved for him and they will continue to be with him at all the times.
With such interventions and others too numerous to mention at a glance, Senator Barau Jibrin is daily receiving good wills and even those who are not from his party are eager to cast their votes to him in recognition of his sterling qualities of leadership and exceptional representation which is one of the key of all the elected representatives.
It could be recalled that Senator Barau had championed the disbursements of vehicles to the people at Kano North Senatorial District to boost commercial transport services irrespective of Political parties affiliations which earned him high sense of respects from among diverse people with different political ideology, similarly he established Open University campuses at all the Local Government Areas of his Constituency to add it up he also established a campus of Federal University Dutsin-Ma in Dambatta and paid a registration to the students with a view to boost their morales in education advancement apart from the Federal Polytechnic at Kabo and Federal Medical Center which was proposed at Gwarzo to mentioned but a few.
This and many others is what triggered the people of Kano North to be with Senator Barau on his drive to make Kano North a role model among it’s contemporaries in the Nation on matters related to Representation,Law Making and Oversight functions which is the principal functions of any elected representatives in an open democratic system, where they also rank him as second to none on matters related to Constituency development.
