Resounding success of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at the apex court has been declared as a great victory for the people of Kano and by a large manifestation sustenance of popular democratic culture norms and values.
Speaker, Kano Parliamen .Alhaji Jibril Isma’il Falgore made the statement in a congratulatory messege to the victor Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf
Hon.Jibril Isma’il Falgore stressed that the victory as a clear testification of popular choice and participation during the gubernatorial polls in Kano which wholeheartedly ushered in Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf as democratically elected Governor of Kano State.
He thanked the Judges for standing firm on the truth which he said had thrown more respect and believed on the judicial arm of government in the sight of the people across the nation as last hope of commoners.
He similarly congratulated the great people of Kano for the rare success which he identified as a triumph for the restoration and transformation of Kano
The Speaker urged the people of the State to continue to offer ceaseless Prayers to Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala for continued executions of more meaningful projects,programmes and Policies that have direct bearing on commoners which would by no means elevate the State to a greater heights ahead of its contemporaries.
Rt. Hon.Jibril Isma’il Falgore assured the Governor of the Legislative Arm’s support and cooperation towards moving Kano across all sectors of developments.
