Governor Uba Sani has announced a donation of Ten Million Naira to the members of household of late Malam Abubakar the Headmaster of the 137 Kuriga School pupils recently released by their abductors
Malam Abubakar died as a result of wounds he sustained during the unfortunate incident at an Islamiyya School in Kuriga town of Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State
Announcing the benevolence Senator Uba Sani explained the gift was not aimed at compensating the bereaved family over the life loss but rather to cushion some of their basic needs
He added that his foundation will also give scholarship to the children of the deceased with a view to ensuring they acquire sound education
It will be recalled the released children have since reunited with their parents
