NNPC has denied story making the rounds that prices of fuel and diesel have been reduced.
A statement by the oufit”s Communication Officer Olufemi Soneye debunked the story in its totality saying it did not know the root of the matter describing it as baseless unfounded and nothing to write home about.
The statement regretted when the company is doing its utmost in ensuring the sufficiency of the products others are working in creating rumours that will trigger confusion across the society which it posited as unbecoming and lack merit.
It added that the prices remain intact enjoining the larger public to always disregard stories that have no source from the company.
