Presenting the package comprising 400 bags of 25kg rice to the Emir of Rano, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Mahmud Abbas Sanusi said the gesture was aimed at assisting staff of the Emirate in view of the economic crunch facing the broader environment .
He urged people in the area to rally round the administration as it is working relentlessly in executing policies and programmes that have direct bearing on their lives .
In his response, the Emir of Rano, Alhaji Kabiru Muhammad Inuwa appreciated the foresight and magnanimity of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf
The monarch prayed for Allah guidance to leaders at levels likewise peace, stability, prosperity and socio-economic transaction to blossom across the society .
