The Activist Ambassador Ibrahim Waiya was speaking at a parley organized by Centre by Citizens for Development and Education in collaboration with organisation for Community and Civic Engagement likewise Citizen Voice Against Corruption
He said the judge need to be called to order in view of his selfishness which he said we’re highly unbecoming and unwanted According
to him anything capable of causing unrest in the larger society should be avoided in the interest of peace,love, understanding ,and harmonious co existence of the polity
He explained that as a serving judge,he has to maintain his non partisanship based on the responsibility vested on him by the constitution Revealing that the lopsided rulings he has been delivering will make not only the Government but also the greater majority think otherwise hence be held responsible for any unfortunate incident that may occurred in the wider environment as Kano has been a peaceful environment for years and anything capable of scuttling such relative peace should be avoided in totality
Ambassador Waiya explained he did not want a situation that accusing fingers should be pointed at him as the mastermind of the ugly happening
He enjoined the Authorities concerned to call him to order and do the needful before the situation degenerate going by the position of Kano as the largest Democracy countrywide and the second most vibrant environment
Ambassador Ibrahim Waiya expressed surprise with how a person that has been enjoying his life in the state will not be apolitical in his judgements stressing the need for him to think twice
He however seized the medium to remind on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that 2027 is looming and what one planted is what he would sow
If It could be remembered just of recent justice Simon Abomida of Federal High Kano,has been delivering judgements that one may perceived as an calculative attempt towards diverting the attention of current administration in the state
Among those cases was the suspension of the panel appointed to investigate corruption charges on some certain individuals in the state
