An elder in Nasarawa Local Government Chapter of ruling NNPP in Kano Malam Yahaya bakin Central,has expressed optimism that the just inaugurated Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government Council,Yusuf Imam otherwise called Ogan boye will devoid of hesitation set the pace while other follow in the art of governance among his peers statewide
Malam Yahaya bakin Central who is equally the Treasurer of Community Re orientation Council of Nasarawa Local Government Council, was speaking in an interaction with Periscope On Line shortly after the new helmsman took oath of office
He explained that Yusuf Imam by virtue of his extra ordinary attributes he would not let the greater majority down as soon as he springs into action
He added that for years he was known for supporting his immediate community and neighbours with a view to stand on their feet his he said will seriously be redoubled as he assumed the plum seat
Malam Yahaya bakin Central said it is part of the attribute of a good leader to be subservient of the wider environment not the opposite hence the groom of the council needs to be given a pat on the back for his tirelessness in that regard
The politician maintained that in their positions as elders they would remain tenacious in offering useful suggestions so as to succeed and prosper in the task
Digressing to the just concluded Election at the Local Government Level he applauded the state Electoral body over the good conduct of the exercise and the wider community for exhibiting maturity and orderliness in that order
This singular act he pointed out proved those he described enemies of the state wrong
In his word Malam Yahaya said”the polls was spectacular and voters came out in droves to cast their votes despite insinuation”
Malam Yahaya bakin Central stressed that the newly sworn in administrators will definitely work in tandem with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf in introducing people oriented policies and programmes across the larger locality unlike before when people were being deceived by those on the mantle of governance to loot their funds
He re echoed that on their part is seeing is believing or matching theory with practice
Turning to Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf ‘s trait in less than a year he delightfully said the Governor without qualms is doing spectacularly a good job if one could consider the distractions he has been facing since his assumption into office but yet remain tenacious and bold
He cited his effort in the field of education empower ment, workers and retirees welfare, rapport with the larger community as excellent and was of the firm believe that before his first tenure elapsed alot will be seen in all socio economic angles as the majority will surely sip from the fruit of Democracy
Malam Yahaya bakin Central who was upbeat that as Kwankwasiyya followers are not parasite,but always fighting for their daily bread they would not rely on the government be it at the state or grassroot for any materialistic or pecuniary favour
Being the Treasurer of Nasarawa chapel of CRC he said machinery has been put in place in executing numerous projects across schools in the area
He added that they have started with renovation of blocks in some schools and slowly but steadily as time goes on,more are in the pipeline
