Kano Pillars Football Team will on Sunday afternoon meet visiting Lobi Stars of Makurdi in continuation of Nigeria’s top flight
The game will hold at Pillars ground Sani Abacha Stadium by four O’clock local time
Usually duels’ involving the two sides used to be harsh no matter where it is played
Thus despite the precarious position the Benue side found it self, their opponents have to tighten their belt as they would not fold their arms and allowed the host to beat them easily
In this light, Coach Usman Sharif Abdullah who lost to Heartland last week has to buckle up with a view to making the difference as this will be his first match at home since his reinstatement on his post
Anything less than winning the encounter will spell doom for the Pyramid City Lads going by how the league is going neck to neck
This became necessary as excluding Lobi Stars nobody could predict the remaining three teams that would follow them to the lower cadre next season
With the progression in officiating as for the first in many years home factor did not count anything can happen at the end of the match
But one will not be surprised if the tie ended in favour of the host in view of their invincibility at home
