Ramadan is the month of Duʿā’.
Right after the verses of fasting, Allah says:
_“And when My servants ask you concerning Me — indeed I am near. I respond to the call of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.”_
(Al-Baqarah 2:186)
Notice — Allah did not say: Tell them I am near.
He said: “I am near.”
The fasting heart is soft.
The night is quiet.
The doors are open.
Ask.
Beg.
Return.
Ramadan is not only for hunger —
it is for turning back to Allah.
