Ramadan is a month of forgiveness.
We fast by day.
We pray by night.
But between them — we seek pardon.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
*مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ*
_“Whoever fasts Ramadan with faith and seeking reward will have his previous sins forgiven.”_
— Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim
Forgiveness is not automatic.
It is for the one who fasts with īmān and sincerity.
Increase your istighfār.
Admit your weakness.
Hope in His mercy.
Ramadan is your chance to begin again.
