Director General Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board Alhaj Laminu Rabi’u Danbappa has described education as the backbone of societal development.
He stated this at the Qura’anic Graduation ceremony of Abdullahi Ibn Abbas Islamiyya school Sani Mainagge in the metropolis.

He, pledged to relay all the school’s requests to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for prompt action.
