A one-time legislator that represented Kano south in the National Assembly Senator Mas’ud El Jibril Doguwa says President Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not obliterate opposition groups in the country as being speculated in some quarters
The loquacious politician apportioned the blame on the opposition themselves
He pointed out they championed the cause themselves which he said he helped them in accomplishing the plan
Senator explained that the President had been in the opposition for all his life and he knows how he was maltreated by former President Obasanjo when he stood tooth and nail in ensuring the AD, won the 2003 election in Lagos State hence when he assumed the exalted seat at the Aso Rock he must do his best to retain his office
He maintained that people like Atiku, Tambuwal,Malam Nasir , failed to realise that Buhari who they team up to establish A PC was vindictive as he hardly forgive and forget
The Senator averred that they could have exercised patience and remain in PDP but they missed the road by ditching the party that made them what they are
He categorically stated that the opposition were the architects of their own blunder not the incumbent president that some of them have been condemning
On where he belongs the educationists said up to now he did not rule out to what party he will register but he will so sooner than later
Digressing to Alahsan Ado Doguwa the lawmaker representing Tudun Wada Doguwa at the National Assembly,he described him as an institution who benefits people the most across the two areas
He described giving him a fresh mandate as a step which he said would seriously assist in boosting the wellbeing of the communities of the two neighbouring localities
The former Chairman of the PDP in Kano called on fellow politicians to always ensure a squabble free electioneering campaign as election year is fast approaching this he said will help in proving book makers wrong
