Chairman of Dawakin Kudu Local Government Council Alhaji Anas Mukhtar Danmaliki says he would remain adamant in performing works that have positive bearing in the minds and hearts of the electorate
This he said was as a result of their endurance in voting him into power as a religious statement says reward for good deed is nevertheless good deed
The industrious , accessible and considerate Chief Executive was speaking while responding to questions on his achievements within a short span on the helm of affairs of Dawaki Tofa which arguably is among the oldest Local Government Councils in Kano
He pointed out that he would remain gratitude to God over how he was able to observe numerous projects across the nooks and crannies of the area despite the economic melt in the society
The Chairman explained that among the works that would remain evergreen in his mind comprise over thirty health centres which according to him when they assumed duty were in a state of disrepair
He contended that with utmost commitment and support of his council such facilities have been renovated, furnished and equipped with modern facilities
The Chairman posited that some of the facilities have since been upgraded to curtail congestion of other centres in the metropolis
Digressing to Education, the Chairman said that they have made in road in that regard as according to him no society will attain greatness when its people are in the shackles of ignorance
Thus according to him having understood this, as soon as they swung into action schools that have been in deplorable condition for decades have now been face lifted let alone new classes that were built
On this note parents of children across the locality have been expressing gratitude over the scintillating effort as it would by no means ensure conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning
Alhaji Danmaliki vowed to remain accessible in that respect as according to him one of the best attributes of a leader is to be open and submissive to his constituent
