Director General Kano state Hisbah Board, Alhaji Abba Sa’id Sufi says he would not fold his arms in the crusade against influx of Beer into the state capital.
Alhaji Abba Sa’id Sufi was speaking at an interface with Journalist held at the board’s headquarters
shortly after inspecting a truck loaded with over 24,000 bottles of intoxicants confiscated by men of the outfit along Zaria Road in the midnight
He explained that they would remain steadfast in the campaign with a view to ensuring a Shari’ah adhered society.
The DG lauded the subordinating.members for their bravery charging them to stand firm in that respect in view of the lofty reward they would earn
Earlier the Acting Assistant Commander General, Intelligence Crimes Dispatch unit of the Board, Malam Fu’ad Adam Dorayi who narrated his ordeal with the driver of the impounded Vehicle and two others before the complementary effort of Dawakin kudu Hisbah Command ,thanked other patriots who contributed immensely towards the success of the operation
He called on people to always report to the Board any suspected vehicle particularly along kano/Zaria, kano/Dayi Mulumfashi Kano/katsina , Kano/Maiduguri and Kano/Hadejia Roads for prompt action
