Ramadan teaches control.
Hunger tests the body.
But anger tests the soul.
A man once asked the Prophet ﷺ for advice.
He said:
*لَا تَغْضَبْ*
_“Do not become angry.”_
He repeated it several times.
— Sahih al-Bukhari
Anger can destroy years of worship in a moment.
A harsh word.
A broken relationship.
A regret that lingers.
_The strong person is not the one who overpowers others_ —
_but the one who controls himself when angry._
— Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim
In Ramadan, pause before reacting.
Silence is sometimes worship.
