The recent appointment of Dr Mansur Muktar Adnan OFR as Chairman of the Bank of Industry by the Presidency had been identified as a right step towards repositioning the sector.
This was made known by the Chairman,House Committee on Privatization and member,representing Dambatta/Makoda Federal Constituency, Rt.Hon.Engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari in appreciation to the Presidency’s appointment on Dr Mansur, considering his versatile experiences in Financial and Accounting Management both at local and global levels.
Chidari, further stated that Dr Mansur, who was erudite Scholar in fiscal management was one time Minister of Finance, Budget and Economic Planing from 2008 to 2010 during late Umar Musa ‘Yar Adua tenure and is currently the Vice President, Operations of the Islamic Development Bank before this subsequent appointment.
Going by this record, Dr Mansur Muktar would no doubt bring along with him series of innovations, expertise, experiences and initiatives towards moving the Bank of Industry to a greater heights.
He saluted President Bola Ahmad Tinubu for this careful selection of this personality whom the nation hold with high regards and integrity.
Engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari, then congratulated Dr Mansur Muktar on this appointment and prayed for successful tenure.
