The former vice president who has vied for the presidency of the country on three good occasions exited the PDP in a statement
The defection of the figure head did not come as a surprise as it has long been overdue in view of the position of things in the country as 2027 election period is fast approaching
The situation led some politicians who are not satisfied with how President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is steering the affairs of the country decided to form an alliance aimed at ousting the ruling APC during the polls
Which among them is Rotimi Amaechi, Nasiru El Rufai, Peter Obi,Rauf Aregbesola David Mark and host of others
Definitely , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has been widely expected to join the ADC so as to team up with his aforementioned political cronies who have since departed their parties to the A DC
