Chairman of Dala Local Government Council Alhaji Surajo Ibrahim Imam, says the Council has okayed the procurement of a new brand official car for his Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Abdulaziz Maiturare, aimed at facilitating his public assignments.
Alhaji Surajo stated this while handing over the keys of the vehicle to the vice Chairman at the Council Secretariat .
He described Alhaji Abdulaziz as a patient and dedicated leader who has been performing his spelt out responsibilities diligently and openly since assuming office not minding whether he was provided with an official mobility or otherwise
The Chairman averred that “Since my official vehicle was renewed, I deemed it necessary to provide my Deputy with a similar car aimed at gingering him in observing his functions . as according to him is part and parcel of his constitutional right or mandate ”
The Chairman also blamed immediate past administration, over it series of neglect to the welfare of the greater environment and abuse of office which he said drew it backward
Speaking in a joyous mood, the Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Abdulaziz Maiturare expressed profound gratitude to the Chairman and the legislative arm for always according the Chief Executive the go head to execute projects that would make the Area first among equals statewide
He pledged to uphold the proper maintenance of the car with a view to ensuring its durability .
