Emir of Rano Ambassador Kabiru Muhammad Inuwa, has described Bashir Ya’u Empowerment Initiative Foundation Project as a welcome development to the entire people of the Chiefdom and the state in general.
The Monarch made the assertion while receiving officials of the Project when they visited him at his palace.

Ambassador Kabiru Muhammad Inuwa said it is high time womenfolk particularly married ones should be supported with capitals aimed at conducting petty trade in their matrimonial homes as doing so will lessen their over independence on their husbands.
He assured his Council’s readiness to support them at all times so as to ensure the foundation attain its set goal going by how women have been relegated to the background.
The Monarch maintained that women need to be accorded helping hand in view of their vulnerability .
The Royal Father who was euphoric, enjoined all and sundry to support the wise initiative in order to make the society prosperous as on most occasion women particularly in this part of the country as a result of religious norms and values were always at the receiving end.
Earlier , the chairperson of the
Foundation Hajiya Zainab Bashir Ya’u, said she was at the palace to seek his fatherly blessings and advice as according to her such words entails wisdom.
According to the chairperson , the foundation is embarking on an enlightenment campaign on the ills of bleaching In communities across Northern Nigeria especially among women and girls going by its risk on skin
The chairperson who is a native of the Chiefdom, said the mission of the project is to empower women in the area through community outreach programmes which will directly educate them and girl child on skin health and to teach them on process of producing oils from Sesame and Moringa
The Chairperson who is a medical Doctor thanked the Royal Father for receiving them with open arms pledging to be a good ambassador of the Emirate wherever she found her self.
