Former Cameroon and Barcelona Striker, Samuel Eto’o Fils is facing much criticism over embezzlement at soccer Governing body of his native land
The ex footballer who is the president of Cameroon’s Football Federation,FECAFOOT
Is blamed for over spending funds meant for the outfit’s running singlehandedly
This according to a source,did not go down well with those following development at the organisation hence lodged a series of protests over the matter with a view to ensuring sanity and transparency before the situation degenerate
The issue is now under investigation according to a source at the country ‘s Capital Yaounde
The source added that if the allegations were found to be true, the ex footballer has no option rather than to step aside honourably
Samuel Eto’o Fils one of the soccer greats of the country and the football world , started his career at local club Union Doula before trying his luck at foreign teams including Real Madrid ,Real Mallorca ,Barcelona, Anzi Marchakala
,Chelsea, Inter Milan and host of other sides before calling it quit
He later vied for the football hot seat in his home country and won
Samuel Eto’o Fils was once the highest paid footballer in the world during his days at Russian side Anzi Marchakala.
