Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has been given a pad on the back for focusing on education particularly
in the provision of teaching and learning materials to primary, upper basic, and special needs schools Statewide.
Chairman of Dala Local Government Council, Alhaji Surajo Ibrahim Imam, made the adoration during an inspection of educational materials received by the local government for distribution to schools within the domain.
He stated that the items will be shared justifiably charging both academic and non academic staffers to be serious in observing their spelt out functions
Alhaji Surajo noted that the large quantity received was not surprising, considering the high population and number of schools in Dala, in addition to the significant number of votes the area contributed during elections.
He however, emphasized that this would not stop them from seeking further support whenever the need arises as education according to him is a vast field
He cautioned the custodians on the need to be watchful uphold the truth and nothing but the truth warning that anyone found diverting the items for his personal use would face appropriate disciplinary action. “These materials are meant for children, and we will not tolerate any form of misuse,” he said.
The chairman expressed his gratitude to Governor Abba Kabir for his tireless support to anything pertaining to Dala Local Government Council
