Kano State Commander of Vigilante Group of Nigeria Alhaji Muhammadu Shehu Rabiu has called on current administration in Kano to name an edifice after those that demised on their trip home at Dakatsalle at the conclusion of National Sports Festival held in Abeokuta the capital of Ogun State
The Commander of the office Alhaji Muhammadu Shehu Rabiu made the call in an interface with journalists
He described what occurred as highly pathetic expressing the firm belief that the blood of their gentle souls would not go in vain as they died while peddling the good name of the state to the rest of the Federation
Alhaji Shehu Rabiu however used the medium to extend his heartfelt condolences to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf his Deputy Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo Emir of Kano Calipha Muhammadu Sunusi the second,the wider majority and members of the deceased families over the monumental loss and prayed God in his infinite mercy to erase their challenges lighten their graves and compensate them with Aljannatul Firdausi.
The number one vigilante officer in the state, however hailed Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for declaring a state of mourning over the colossal loss
He likewise used the medium to draw the attention of the generality particularly the affluents among them on the need to support the deceased families with the needed basic commodities so as to withstand the pressure of losing their bread winners
