Director General of Hisba Board Alhaji Abba Sa’id Sufi has assured to partner with Marriage Agent Associations ( Kungiyar Masu Dalilin Aure) for the enhancement of mass wedding programme of the Board.
He gave the assurance when the Association paid him a visit at his office aimed at boosting bilateral ties.
Alhaji Abba Sa’id Sufi expressed delight over the visit describing the mass conjugation programme as initiated to promote the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon Him as well as to reduce prostitution and other immoralities.
He assured to seek their advice during upcoming event with a view to ensuring success of the exercise.
The Director General pledged to forward all their requests to government for further actions.
In her remarks, the Deputy Commander General Women of the Corps Dr. Khadija Sagiru Suleman urged the association to help in conducting a premarital seminar for bride and bride groom likewise widow and widower as it wil help in minimizing matrimonial squabbles.
Earlier , the Chairman of the organization Alhaji Balarabe Wakili stressed that they paid the visit to uphold mutual trust and understanding as they are partners in progress.
He added that beside enlightening adults on what marriage entails they also preach the gospel of blood screening before nuptial knot to curtail any misunderstanding that may arise before or after the contractual agreement.
He mentioned some of their challenges including lack of office accomodation and mobility
