In an effort to boost the capacity and morale of its staff in discharging their responsibilities diligently, Ministry of Health had promoted its workers that were due.
Speaking during the exercise, Head of the Promotion Committee, who is equally the Director Admin and General Services of the Ministry, Shehu Sani Shehu, charged the -promotees to redouble commitment for effective service delivery.
He reminded them that the present administration of Alhaji Abba Kabiru Yusuf has placed special consideration to their well-being hence elevating them at the right time.
He admonished them on the need to reciprocate the gesture by observing their assignments sincerely as the ministry will not condone laxity and absenteeism
He lauded State Governor for his zeal in upholding fairness and justice in steering the affairs of Kano likewise the Commissioner of the Ministry for emulating the spectacular attributes of his master
During the event about 40 senior and 14 junior workers were elevated to the next rank
