Workers of State Independent Electoral Commission have been extolled for their level of punctuality
State Head of Civil Service Malam Abdullahi Musa, who made the adoration, proudly stated that despite the fact that their schedules always come once in a moonlight but they keep on reporting at their various offices as early as possible describing the habit as something superb and worthy of emulation
State Head of Civil Service, Malam Abdullahi Musa, who was speaking in continuation of his familiarisation visit to Ministries Departments and Public Agencies, described their jobs as very important going by the fact that they monitor the election of those who steer the ship of Government at the grassroots level.
He charged them to hold their work in high esteem, dignity, passion, conscience, dedication level of patriotism and above all to be a political in that respect as their name is at stake.
The Head of Service posited that he is aware of some social amenities particularly water that were lacking in the outfit and vowed to discuss the matter at the top level aimed at overcoming the situation once and for all
While speaking in a joyous mood, the secretary of the Commission Barrister Bashir Wada, thumbed up the Head of Service who he described as his bossom friend over his level of commitment, agility, tirelessness, boldness and determination since assuming the office describing the act as something uncommon in recent time
Barrister Bashir Wada, contended that since the establishment of the Commission as early as 2002 it rely solely on ad-hoc and casual staffers so as to observe its spelt out assignments something he said is back pedalling the office hence enjoined the visitor to do the needful by according the go ahead for employing workers of their own this without hesitation according will help it stand on its feet as an autonomous body
