Kano State Primary Health Care Management Board has distributed personal protective equipment (PPE) to 6 Zonal office Statewide .
In his remarks at the event, the Director General of the Board, Dr Mohammed Nasir Mahmoud Said, the materials distributed were part of the present administration’s effort in enhancing services of primary health care facilities and staffers Statewide
.Dr. Nasir charged the zonal Directors to ensure the materials were justifiably distributed to the facilities under their respective zones.
Earlier, the Director Medical services of the Board, Hajiya A’isha Abubakar stated that, the items are meant for safeguarding staffers against hazards in discharging their duties.

Responding on behalf of the zonal Directors thel Director Rano Zone, Alhaj Sani Burum Burum pledges the judicious utilization of the items.
The materials includes Coveralls, Gowns, Goggles, facemasks, Boots, Nursing caps, Drip stand, face shield, Dressing Packs,
The rest were Bowls, Heavy Duty Gloves, stethescope and Disposable gloves.
