State Contributory Health Insurance Scheme has completed arrangement towards the commencement of Community Contributory Healthcare programme in addition to the existing ones
The Executive Secretary of the outfit, Dr Rahila Aliyu Mukhtar stated this at Tofa Local Government when she led the enrollment of some people from the community in preparation for the new scheme.
Dr. Rahila described the introduction of new exercise as part of the Agency’s effort towards achieving Universal Health Coverage for all .
On his part, DG. PHIMA professor Salisu Ahmad who spoke on behalf of the Tofa community appreciated the effort of the E.S and her team for the provision of quality and affordable healthcare services to the community thereby reducing extra spending
