Elevation of Barrister Salisu H.Tahir to the rank of Director Public Prosecution of Ministry of Justice has been described as highly commendable .
The Managing Director of KNUPDA Architect Ibrahim Yakubu Adamu made the veneration when he led Directors of the Agency to escort the appointees to the Ministry to assume duty.
Architect Ibrahim Yakubu Adamu, extolled him for his diligence, honesty, sacrifice dedication and humility .
He highlighted his remarkable achievements during his spell as legal secretary of KNUPDA, where he successfully handled multiple tedious cases for the outfit which he said received commendation from far and wide.
Speaking , the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary of the ministry Mustapha N. Muhammad expressed gratitude to Architect Adamu and his entourage for accompanying the new DPP and prayed the level of friendliness will wax stronger .
The legal luminary expressed the hope that the new Director Public Prosecution will further strengthen the Department aimed at facilitating the administration of justice in Kano and Nigeria at large.
In his remarks Salisu Tahir who was overwhelmed thanked the headship of KNUPDA for recognizing his worth and vowed to redouble effort in his new place of work.
He however enjoined his colleagues at the ministry to accord him support and cooperation to attain set goals and not to hesitate to alert him whenever he erred as human being are imoerfects.
