In a glaring effort to ensure justice fairness and equity to reign supreme, Nigeria National League Super Eight Competition among National League Teams in the country has been banned
The event was earlier being used to determine teams that would gain tickets to Nigeria’s top flight
Thus, with the new development the first teams in each of the zones, will be automatically elevated to the top flight
The far reaching decision was adopted yesterday at the Annual General Meeting otherwise called AGM held in Kaduna the former provincial capital of the northern part
The resolution is a wake up call for clubs in the National League to sit up with a view to emerging among the first two as so doing will accord them the chance to feature in the premiership unlike in the past that they should undergo another event
Definitely,as some teams and their fans will welcome the decision some will oppose it as a wise word says different people with divergent views
