The Academic explained that as those steering political parties they should guard against picking kleptocrats, drug addicts, rascals and unpatriotic citizens but rather aspirants of decent minds and ideas that will contribute towards the speedy development of their respective communities
This according to him will seriously help in setting examples for others likewise boosting the Democratic process as according to him Kano always lead while others follow
