Kano State Pensioners Forum, (Zauren ‘Yan Fansho), had extended its deepest condolences on the passing of Alhaji Umar Shehu Minjibir Garkuwan Minjibir.
It described his dedication sacrifice and service as the former head of civil service and Chairman of the Kano State Civil Service Commission as unforgettable and have a lasting impact on the broader community.
