Their opponents Mexico admirably called El tri, pounded Ecuador by two unreplied goals to zoom to the stage
Mexico, who singlehandedly hosted the tournament in 1986 which was won by Argentina, are looking for their first trophy while England are eyeing their second championship since they lifted the cup as far back as 1966 when they hosted and after all lifted the tournament
