Services at Drugs and Medical Consumables Supply Agency (DMCSA), are gradually being restored with the advent of current leadership in the state .
State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Abubakar Labaran Yusuf, made the disclosure while chairing the maiden quarterly review meeting of the outfit
Dr. Labaran appreciated the encouragement accorded by Engineer Abbas Kabir Yusuf’s administration which he described as the secret behind the spectacular performance of pharmacist Ghali led leadership at the Agency
He lauded him considering how he normalized position of things within six months urging him to keep on the good work.
He elatedly revealed how within shortest possible time, the outfit settled the backlog of debt it inherited from previous leadership of the pharmaceutical organization describing the effort as superb

Another milestone according to the physician, was how the DMCSA ensures the availability of the locally made drugs and affordable unlike in recent occasion despite the economic melt down being experienced in the wider society as a result of depreciating value of local currency

Earlier the DG Pharm. Ghali Sule, thumbed up Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and Dr. Abubakar Labaran Yusuf for their financial and logistics support to the organization which he described as the secret behind the array of successes he so far attained
Turning to the quarterly gathering he said it was aimed at showcasing what the Agency is all about.
Pharm. Ghali recalled with nostalgia how the Commissioner constituted a committee that established baseline for their operations when they assumed office which he said facilitated the steering the outfit
The DG explained that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues and suggest way out as according to him there is no perfection in humanity pledging to remain steadfast in convening such fora in view of its far reaching advantages
The chief Executive who said would run an open administration,
